 Homme Residential-Wittenberg is a state licensed Class C,
Community-Based Residential Facility. Qualified, dedicated
staff are on duty 24-hours a day to provide a healthy, safe
and secure environment that offers carefully selected
services to meet your needs. These services include
nutritionally balanced meals and snacks, medication and
health monitoring, RN and social services availability,
housekeeping and laundry services, assistance with bathing,
and chaplaincy services, as well as leisure-time activities.
Homme Residential-Wittenberg offers several types of
accommodations-spacious suites, and private rooms. The
rural village setting allows residents easy access to
shopping areas, a medical clinic, a drugstore, and an eye
doctor in downtown Wittenberg.
Respite care is available for those needing only short-term
care.
Residency Requirements

Must be over 55 and free of communicable diseases.

Physical exam and TB skin test.

Adequate financial resources to cover the monthly rate,
as well as extra cost which may be incurred.

Must be alert and ambulatory, able to take independent
action in case of an emergency.

Must possess basic self-care skills such as feeding and
personal hygiene.
