Rainbow Apartments

Rainbow Apartments is a six-unit apartment complex located adjacent to Homme Home of Wittenberg in Wittenberg. A medical clinic, a grocery store, the post office, an eye clinic, the senior center and a chapel are located within one block of Rainbow Apartments. It is designed to meet the needs of those retired or semi-retired persons who can live actively and independently within a secure environment, but also desire the security of staff availability in the event of an emergency.

One and two bedroom units are available for couples or individuals. Each unit features:

• Parking
• Private patio and flowerbox
• Two hours of housekeeping per month
• Separate, private lockable storage areas
• 24-hour emergency call system and staff assistance.

Carbonero and Wildwood apartments offer independent living for elderly and/or disabled persons who meet the US Department of Agriculture/Rural Development eligibility standards for low to moderate income.

Carbonero, an eight-unit building, is located on the Homme Home of Wittenberg campus in the Village of Wittenberg and is within one block of a medical clinic, a grocery store, the post office, an eye clinic, the senior center and a chapel. The fully carpeted one bedroom units are furnished with stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, draperies and hot water heat.

Wildwood, an eight-unit complex located in beautiful rural Bowler, is near a grocery store, bank, and churches. The six one bedroom and two two bedroom units are fully carpeted and feature a stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, draperies and electric heat.

Both Carbonero and Wildwood have a handicapped accessible apartment and offer a laundry room with a coin operated washer and dryer, central lobby and lounge, mail delivery to individual boxes inside the building, and a concrete patio.
