Each resident's medical care is directed by a doctor of the resident's choice. Our highly skilled nurses, therapists, and other professionals work with doctors to meet each resident's unique medical needs.

Services at Homme Home include:

• Round the clock skilled nursing services
• Physical, occupational, and speech therapies
• Medication management
• Therapeutic menus coordinated by a licensed dietitian
• Hospice care
• Religious services and activities with a full-time Chaplain to help in spiritual growth
• Recreation and entertainment programs guided by resident preferences
• Training and preparation for residents about to return home
• Specific services to support the needs of residents with Alzheimer's or other dementias.
• Social services to help residents and families deal with life changes and coordinate appropriate services for each resident
• Discharge planning to help assure a smooth transition to a new setting
• Financial services to assist residents who have questions regarding personal insurance, Medicaid or Medicare
• Secure entrances and exits monitored electronically for resident safety
• Specific services to support the needs of residents with Alzheimer's or other dementias
