The Homme Home of Wittenberg is proud to be able to offer a complete array of skilled nursing services to the public on our Wittenberg, Wisconsin Campus. Our continuum of care philosophy allows the development of specialized services to meet the ever changing needs of those we serve.

Utilizing state-of-the-art clinical and therapeutic practices, we develop a focused plan of care to meet the diverse needs of our clients, from acute medical care to short-term intensive rehabilitation. The Beverly Radun Rehabilitation Center focuses on the unique needs of short-term residents recovering from an accident or medical treatment with a focus on a speedy return to their home.

Homme Home of Wittenberg strives for quality and is a member of the Wisconsin Association of Homes and Services for the Aging. We actively participate in an independent alliance of skilled nursing facilities that aim for quality care as well as the sharing of best practices in long-term care. We use an interdisciplinary approach in caring for our residents with the constant focus on quality and services. We strive for excellence in staff education, employing highly skilled individuals that are dedicated to geriatrics and long-term care.

In addition to long and short-term medical services, the facility also focuses on the unique needs of residents suffering from Alzheimer’s and related Dementias. Utilizing a holistic approach to health care, the complex and interrelated needs of dementia residents can be met in a safe, secure, and supportive environment.
