 Wellspring
Homme Home of Wittenberg is a
proud member of an active Wellspring alliance. Since
2000 the facility has worked closely with seven other
Wisconsin long-term care providers to implement the
components of Wellspring's nationally recognized program of
ongoing quality improvement and staff education and
improvement, assuring that the best clinical practices are
in use in each facility. Wellspring remains a major
component of our quality assurance program, helping us
assure that each resident served receives the highest level
of services tailored to their specific and unique needs. |
